- Collaborate with the development team to share player insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on game content, features, and community guidelines to provide accurate support.
- Document player interactions and identify common issues to enhance the overall gaming experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Estonian (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on community building.
