Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding in-game support to Estonian-speaking players through chat, email, and social media.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various in-game issues including account-related questions and technical difficulties.
- Collect and evaluate player feedback to identify common issues and suggest improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of player interactions and the solutions provided to update support documentation.
- Collaborate with game developers and product teams to communicate player insights and recommend enhancements.
- Stay informed about gaming trends, updates, and features to provide informed support to players.
Requirements
- Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer support or gaming support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for gaming.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Familiarity with gaming platforms and community engagement is a plus.
