Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat for our online marketplace.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and marketplace policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to foster a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in navigating the marketplace and understanding product details.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for service enhancement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Stay informed about marketplace trends, product knowledge, and industry news to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or marketplace roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with online marketplace systems is a plus.
