As a Multilingual Support Representative, you will assist customers primarily in Estonian and other languages, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your language skills and dedication to providing excellent service will significantly impact customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat in Estonian and other required languages
- Provide accurate information about products and services while addressing customer needs
- Effectively troubleshoot customer issues and ensure timely resolutions
- Document all customer interactions meticulously to maintain comprehensive records
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the quality of customer support
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers effectively
Requirements
- Fluency in Estonian and proficiency in at least one other language (English or another European language preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
