Responsibilities
- Offer high-quality customer support through live chat, email, and phone in Estonian.
- Assist users in navigating the platform, managing their accounts, and troubleshooting any issues.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records for follow-up purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about platform features and updates to provide accurate information to users.
- Collect user feedback to contribute to the improvement of support services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in an online or tech environment, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
- Familiarity with online platforms and technology is beneficial.
