Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for Estonian-speaking partners, addressing their inquiries and support needs promptly.
- Provide expert guidance on product features and usage to ensure optimal partner engagement.
- Collaborate with partners to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Accurately document all partner interactions and resolutions in the support system.
- Monitor and analyze partner feedback trends to enhance service delivery.
- Work with internal teams to develop and update training materials and support resources for partners.
Requirements
- Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is required.
- Experience in customer service or partner support roles is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving capabilities to address partner challenges.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support software is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to enhancing partner success is essential.
