Responsibilities
- Assist Estonian-speaking clients in navigating our product range, providing tailored recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Conduct informative product demonstrations and presentations to showcase key features.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and support in closing sales.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and competitor insights.
Requirements
- Fluency in Estonian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or product consulting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex product information clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities focused on ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Dedication to helping clients achieve their objectives through effective product solutions.
