Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch service desk support to Estonian-speaking customers through various communication methods, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve a range of technical issues related to our products and services.
  • Help users navigate standard procedures and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the service desk system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and updates to better serve our clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is essential, with a strong command of English preferred.
  • Prior experience in a service desk or technical support role is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with service desk software or customer relationship management systems is a plus.
  • A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to providing exceptional service is required.
