Responsibilities

  • Offer top-notch support to Estonian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues involving software, hardware, and applications.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries, ensuring accurate follow-up.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to escalate and manage complex issues effectively.
  • Keep abreast of product features and updates to deliver accurate assistance to clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and support skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a technical assistance role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and basic networking concepts.
  • Proficiency in using various support tools and CRM applications.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid European Passport or ID may be required.
