Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to Estonian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues effectively.
- Educate customers on product features and usage for improved satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Work together with team members to drive improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product developments and technology trends to offer knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a proficient level of English.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus.
