Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Tier 1 support to Estonian-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer inquiries and technical issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, delivering timely and accurate solutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate more complex problems to higher support tiers when necessary.
- Stay informed about product updates and enhancements to improve assistance capabilities.
Requirements
- Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical knowledge with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a busy environment.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems is advantageous.
