We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives of a company based in Manila. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain a high level of discretion.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and provide support for ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure with professionalism.
