As an Executive Assistant to Vice Presidents in Caterpillar's Building Construction Products division, you will provide day-to-day support and coordination activities for senior leaders. This position will be in Cary, NC.
What You Will Be Doing:
Assisting executive leaders by managing day-to-day global operational and administrative needs concerning tasks, responsibilities, prioritizations, and delegations.
Coordination and execution of all aspects of domestic and global travel including flights, ground transportation, hotel, visas and other elements as required.
Completing, reconciling and submitting expense books.
Maintaining calendars including the scheduling and rescheduling of meetings.
The collection and consolidation of division wide efforts to have one view.
Event coordination including meeting room reservations, meals, guest speakers and other logistics as needed.
Creating employee meeting agendas and slides.
Ordering and management of supplies, customer and employee recognition items and tools necessary to perform our work.

Office Administration: Knowledge of office administration activities; ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams. Knowledge of office administration systems – Microsoft Office Suite, Concur Travel and Expense, CIBT and UPS Campus Ship.
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Previous administrative, human resource or customer service experience
Experience coordinating multiple calendars for leaders
Experience coordinating travel and submitting expense reports on behalf of leader(s)
Additional Information:
This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week at the Cary, NC office
This position may require 10% travel
Summary Pay Range:
$71,040.00 - $106,440.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
