As an Executive Learning and Development professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's talent capabilities by designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful learning experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps, develop tailored training programs, and foster a culture of continuous growth and performance excellence. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for empowering individuals through innovative and inclusive learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for development within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with department heads to determine specific training requirements for their production teams.
  3. Design and deliver effective training programs, including workshops, E-learning modules, seminars, and on-the-job training.
  4. Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and skills development initiatives.
  5. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest a performance improvement plan.
  6. Support and implement Organizational development strategies to support the company's goals and objectives to improve employee engagement and performance.
  7. Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  8. Ensure that all training and development programs comply with relevant laws and regulations, addressing the specific needs of the organization.
  9. Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports as per requirements.
  10. Integrate learning data into the HRIS platform to support performance reviews, succession planning, and compliance tracking.

Requirements

Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources/Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in HR or Learning & Development are highly desirable.
  • Industrial Engineer with expertise in human capital development and technical training would be preferred.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in learning and development, preferably within a structured HR environment.
  • Proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs across diverse business functions.
  • Experience in managing training databases and integrating learning data into HRIS platforms.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong command of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for training content and reporting.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, instructional design tools, and digital content creation.
