As an Executive Learning and Development professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's talent capabilities by designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful learning experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps, develop tailored training programs, and foster a culture of continuous growth and performance excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for development within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to determine specific training requirements for their production teams.
- Design and deliver effective training programs, including workshops, E-learning modules, seminars, and on-the-job training.
- Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and skills development initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest a performance improvement plan.
- Support and implement Organizational development strategies to support the company's goals and objectives to improve employee engagement and performance.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure that all training and development programs comply with relevant laws and regulations, addressing the specific needs of the organization.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports as per requirements.
- Integrate learning data into the HRIS platform to support performance reviews, succession planning, and compliance tracking.
Requirements
Education & Certification:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources/Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in HR or Learning & Development are highly desirable.
- Industrial Engineer with expertise in human capital development and technical training would be preferred.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in learning and development, preferably within a structured HR environment.
- Proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs across diverse business functions.
- Experience in managing training databases and integrating learning data into HRIS platforms.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong command of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for training content and reporting.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, instructional design tools, and digital content creation.
