We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to manage both offline and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our IT products and services (like Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Networking, and Software Solutions), increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving customer engagement through both traditional and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Offline Marketing:
- Plan and execute BTL (Below The Line) activities like exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate presentations.
- Coordinate with printing vendors for brochures, flyers, hoardings, etc.
- Build partnerships with resellers, distributors, and event organizers.
- Visit client locations for branding opportunities and promotional tie-ups.
- Organize seminars or workshops for enterprise product showcases.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage company’s social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Run paid campaigns on Google Ads and social platforms.
- Optimize SEO & SEM performance for the company website.
- Create and schedule engaging email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor analytics and generate regular performance reports.
General:
- Understand market trends and competitor activities.
- Generate marketing-qualified leads for the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Tech) for smooth execution of campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
Requirements:
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing is a plus. - Experience:
1–3 years of experience in a similar marketing role (B2B preferred).
Freshers with strong marketing knowledge and energy may also be considered. - Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication (English and regional language).
- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and basic content creation.
- Ability to plan and manage field activities or events.
- Tech-savvy mindset, preferably with interest in IT/Hardware/SaaS industry.
