TOPOSOPHY

On-site

Who We Are

TOPOSOPHY is a placemaking and marketing agency that helps cities, regions, and brands create real connections with people. We work at the intersection of strategy, culture, and experience—shaping how places look, feel, and thrive. From large-scale consumer events to destination strategies and public-private partnerships, our work blends insight with creativity to deliver impact on the ground.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and culturally tuned-in Events & Experience Manager to help shape and deliver some of Greece’s most visible cultural, culinary, and creative experiences. This role supports the planning and execution of citywide events such as DINE Athens, TASTE of Athens, STAY in Athens, and new platforms across theatre, visual arts, and design.

You’ll take the lead on curating content, building local networks, and delivering events that feel relevant, intentional, and memorable. You’ll be deeply involved in shaping audience journeys—from idea to execution—and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the creative vision and quality standards of TOPOSOPHY.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes their city’s food, culture, and creative scene, with a proven track record in bringing experiential concepts to life.
