  • Managing sales activities within the borders of the export regions
  • Ensuring maximum customer and supplier satisfaction
  • Achieving the sales budget of the responsible region in order to achieve the company's sales targets
  • Managing, developing and understanding the needs of a growing customer base, making regular visits to these customers and establishing, maintaining and managing relationships with key people at all levels.
  • Collect, analyze, interpret and present market, product, competitor and industry data to enable the development of the business's forward-looking strategy
  • Searching, analyzing and developing new customers, promoting sales of product portfolio in line with business growth strategies
  • Visit customers / consultants for promote a range of our product portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Construction Chemicals - preferably Construction Systems,
  • Minimum 3 years of export sales experience
  • Preferably have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Having experience in Supplier/Customer management
  • Strong communication, time management and problem solving skills and high level planning and organizational skills
  • Target oriented thinking
  • No travel restrictions
  • Good command of English
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
