Essential Functions:
- Ensure campus classrooms and laboratories are open, stocked, cleaned/sanitized and ready for students and faculty.
- Cleanup, disposal and sanitization at the conclusion of laboratory sessions is required.
- Assist Faculty with physical and technology setup of classrooms and laboratories.
- Provide technical laboratory support in various labs.
- Create spreadsheets to support an array of data including laboratory use and replenishment needs.
- Communicates any discrepancies or issues to related departments.
- Responsible for keeping stock items and parts in an organized manner.
- Reconciles all inventory discrepancies.
- Provides accurate report numbers to designated departments.
- Generates distribution of weekly reports, summarizing inventory accuracy through use of cycle counts.
- Maintains laboratory functionality and presentation.
- Contacts building maintenance management as needed.
- Manages special projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Must have weekend availability
- 11am - 7:30pm, Mon - Fri
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Ability to speak in front of small to medium sized groups.
- Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- $19-$22/hr. All wages based on education and experience.
