We’re a high-performing Farmers Insurance district office with over 50 years of combined experience, focused on developing successful agency owners and producers across the Denver metro area. We’re looking for a District Support Specialist who is more than just organized — someone who communicates clearly, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings both innovation and efficiency to the table. This role is ideal for a proactive, tech-savvy professional who can adapt quickly, support a variety of district functions, and take ownership of daily operations that drive agency and district success.
What You’ll Do
- Support new district Sales Producers and Protégé Agents by training them on sales, quoting, servicing, and agency best practices while tracking their performance and providing ongoing feedback.
- Flexible to support recruiting and sales initiatives, including sales tracking and interviewing/screening district agency staff.
- Present and help facilitate quarterly district meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Provide general policy servicing and occasional policy changes for agents and customers who contact the district office.
- Maintain accurate reporting of Protégé and agency sales performance through Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Collaborate/strategize with a small, agile leadership team to meet and exceed district goals
- Take ownership of ideas and initiatives — this role is for someone ready to lead, not be managed.
