About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on professional with solid experience in process mapping and optimization, with a strong focus on automation opportunities and client experience. This role will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, proposing improvements, and supporting end-to-end process transformation initiatives with a strategic and results-oriented approach. 

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, as the role involves close interaction with stakeholders in United States, India and Latin America. 

What You'll Do

  • Lead process mapping and redesign activities (AS IS / TO BE), identifying inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities. 
  • Drive process improvement initiatives focused on increasing agility, productivity, and risk reduction. 
  • Support or lead the implementation of process automation using AI, RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, or existing enterprise systems. 
  • Collaborate with business areas, IT teams, and external partners to deliver technological and operational solutions. 
  • Manage the full project lifecycle: defining scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, and success metrics. 
  • Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation plans for operational and change-related risks. 
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and executive-level presentations to communicate findings and progress. 
  • Ensure change adoption by applying structured change management practices. 
  • Experience in governance and auditing. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in process mapping and process optimization. 
  • Experience in process methodology (PDCA, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Design Thinking, etc) 
  • Practical knowledge of BPM tools (e.g., BPMN, Bizagi, Visio, Miro). 
  • Experience in process automation  
  • Experience in HR processes 
  • Strong knowledge of project management (e.g., PMBOK, Scrum, Lean methodologies). 
  • Experience with risk management and organizational change management. 
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher). 
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master). 
  • Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel). 
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) – mandatory. 
  • Strong communication skills to interact with various departments and leadership levels.
