Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience a minimum of 5-6 years, on Customer Lifecycle Management, Customer Onboarding, KYC, Customer Risk Scoring. Experience on AML, Regulatory Reporting, Sanctions Screening will be an advantage. The candidate should have 1-3 years of product implementation experience with Fen-X and should be able to configure the journeys, phases and tasks within the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

· Configure the Fenergo FenX platform based on business requirements.

· Develop and Customize rules, workflows, forms and UI Components within FenX.

· Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate functional specifications into technical configurations.

· Participate in solution design, impact analysis and testing activities.

· Provide support for defect resolution, change requests and system enhancements.

Qualifications:

· 1–3 years of experience working with Fen-X (current version).

· Familiarity with Fen-E (enterprise version) is highly desirable.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

· Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly salary for this position is between $[ 113,000 - 132,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
