Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard B2B distributors and travel agents to drive transactions across services including ticketing, hotels, and holiday packages via the company's travel portal.
  • Develop and manage a robust network of B2B travel partners to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing travel agents.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Address agent queries and objections, and act as a liaison between travel agents and the backend support team to ensure smooth issue resolution.
  • Educate travel agents on portal functionality, available services, and transaction processes to enable seamless usage.
  • Drive agent-based sales performance to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the tours and travel domain.
  • Experience in managing a distribution network or travel agent portfolio is preferred.
