Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a Business-to-Business (B2B) software company.
- Experience in, or supporting, startup companies.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in an established network within the Israeli startup ecosystem.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering and partner organizations, to drive customer success.
- Ability to create and execute account plans to maximize cloud consumption and customer growth.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to lead workshops, product demonstrations, and executive briefings.

- Develop and execute account plans to accelerate Google Cloud Platform (GCP) adoption and exceed business goals within the cyber startup segment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to understand startup needs, remove technical and business blockers, and ensure their success on the platform.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience. Provide technical guidance and architect solutions. Identify and engage with emerging startups. Relay customer feedback to influence the product roadmap. Leverage the ecosystem of third-party security solutions.
