Field Service Technician

Randstad is currently seeking an experienced Field Service Technician for a key role in the water and waste water sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected company delivering critical water, waste water, and reuse solutions across Australia and New Zealand’s municipal, industrial, and resource sectors.

About the Role:
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for either field-based or workshop services (depending on your preference), commissioning new systems, and supporting ongoing operations. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the high standards and strong reputation the company holds within the industry.

As a Field Service technicians you will be out the field and FIFO carrying out maintenance, troubleshooting, small installs etc. across WA.

The worked hours are Mon - Fri when in Perth and 12 hour days when required on site.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled Electrical maintenance and repairs in both field and workshop environments
• Provide commissioning services for a wide range of systems and equipment
• Support the broader team with equipment assembly, testing, warranty inspections, and fault rectification
• Identify and contribute to sales and business development opportunities
• Interpret and work from electrical and technical drawings

Requirements:

• Qualified Electrician trade qualification
• Wastewater experience, or be interested in the industry
• Instrumentation experience (desirable)
• FIFO or mining experience (desirable)
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Pass a full medical and Police Clearance
• Open to Australian Permanent residents or Citizen's only
