Mellon is offering specialized technological solutions and value-added services to the biggest financial institutions and organizations with strong consumer transactions business, such as Retail Banks, Public Utilities, Telecommunications Providers and large Private Companies.

Mellon Systems and Services d.o.o seeks to hire a field Technician.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and repairs all related products
  • Attend to customers premises as required
  • Assist other team members as required  
  • Acting as an intermediary between Mellon and end-users
  • Updating service tickets with job progress
  • Monitoring the operability and functionality of the products
  • Respond to a customer call which will include problem identification escalation and resolution

Requirements

  •  Degree in related studies (electrical or mechanical or computer technology)
  •  Computer and troubleshooting skills; hardware, software and networking is an advantage
  • Patient and optimistic approach to problem-solving, excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience knowledge to Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
  • Have clean and valid driver's license
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is an advantage
