FileNet Developer & Senior Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Developer with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FileNet P8 technologies including Workplace XT Process Engine API and Content Engine API. A background in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using FileNet P8 technologies to ensure efficient content management solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FileNet P8 to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Assist in the integration of FileNet P8 solutions with other enterprise systems to streamline business processes.
• Document technical specifications and system configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and system understanding.
• Conduct testing and validation of FileNet P8 applications to ensure functionality and performance standards are met.
• Support the deployment of FileNet P8 solutions in a hybrid work environment ensuring seamless operation.
• Stay updated with the latest FileNet P8 features and best practices to enhance system capabilities.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize the utilization of FileNet P8 solutions.
• Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
• Work collaboratively in a day shift schedule ensuring effective communication and project progress. Qualifications
• Demonstrate proficiency in FileNet P8
• Workplace XT Process Engine API and Content Engine API.
• Possess a foundational understanding of Asset and Wealth Management enhancing domain-specific solutions.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Show capability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks.
