Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with regularly presenting to executive management.
- Experience in spend management and budget planning cycles.
- Ability to set objectives and drive to results while building long-term relationships across organizational boundaries.
- Ability to distribute ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Help drive the Long Range Plan for YouTube, helping drive the narrative of the business, identifying key risks and opportunities and preparing compelling executive level presentations.
- Partner with Business and Finance stakeholders on overall spend management, investment, Return on Investment (ROI) related technical spend.
- Create relevant dashboards, financial reports and operational KPIs to guide business decisions and inform on performance of programs and agreements. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Google data structures and metrics advocating for change where needed.
- Create and deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, through visual displays of quantitative information/insights.
- Support planning through business partnering and business knowledge to advise on investment recommendations. Own, manage, and collaborate with business partners on long-term financial models to support YouTube's long term trajectory.
