The Financial Controller will be the cornerstone of our financial integrity and strategy during a pivotal period of global expansion. Responsibilities:

• Driving Strategy: Partnering with senior management to provide sharp commercial insights that optimise margins and fuel our ambitious growth plans.

• Owning the Financials: Leading all accounting, tax, and control activities for our unique Australian group, ensuring accuracy and integrity.

• Ensuring Rock-Solid Compliance: Championing adherence to all regulatory and industry standards and confidently managing the annual external audit process.

• Global Collaboration: Working hand-in-hand with our world-class Group Finance team in London, sharing knowledge and leveraging their extensive support and resources.

• Optimising Our Operations: Identifying opportunities to enhance financial processes and resource allocation, building a scalable foundation for the future.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Proven Senior Leadership: CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years in a Financial Controller role, backed by extensive experience within high-growth, multi-entity environments.

• Global Financial Acumen: Deep expertise in managing global financial operations, including multi-country compliance, complex reporting, and foreign currency management.

• Strategic & Hands-On Agility: The ability to operate at a high strategic level while remaining hands-on, ensuring meticulous execution of all financial processes.
