Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
- Assist customers with flight booking, modifications, and cancellations.
- Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and services.
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions in our database.
- Work together with other departments to enhance customer service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Prior experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus.
- Capacity to manage stressful situations professionally.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A love for travel and an understanding of airline operations is beneficial.
- Familiarity with customer service software and flight reservation systems is an advantage.
