Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Finnish-speaking clients to identify their B2B integration needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot B2B integrations between our systems and client platforms.
  • Provide ongoing technical support throughout the integration process to ensure smooth execution.
  • Document integration workflows and technical specifications comprehensively for clients and internal teams.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in the field of B2B integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our integration services and client experiences.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Experience in B2B integration, APIs, or a similar technical field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing interactions.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., middleware, ETL, APIs) is a plus.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within teams.
