Responsibilities
- Act as the key point of contact for Finnish-speaking corporate clients, ensuring top-tier service.
- Respond to client inquiries via various communication channels, providing timely and accurate information.
- Efficiently address and resolve client issues to promote satisfaction and loyalty.
- Educate clients on our products and services, enhancing their overall experience.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and feedback for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless service delivery and support.
- Stay current with industry trends and company offerings to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or corporate advisory roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with corporate products and services is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication tools is an advantage.
