Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Finnish
- Provide effective solutions and guidance to enhance customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service quality
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Participate in training sessions and team development activities
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
- Basic technical proficiency with digital communication tools
