As a Finnish Speaking Customer Loyalty Advisor, you will be the primary contact for our Finnish-speaking customers, ensuring that they receive exemplary support and assistance. Your main responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting customer loyalty.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Finnish clients through various communication channels
- Effectively address customer inquiries and provide customized solutions
- Promote loyalty programs and initiatives to encourage customer engagement
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve service quality
- Work closely with other teams to resolve customer issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Stay knowledgeable about the latest products and services offered by the company
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proficient with technology and familiar with CRM systems
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
