In this role, you will be the primary contact for our Finnish-speaking clients, providing them with the support and guidance they need to effectively use our products and services. Your goal will be to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout their journey.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key point of contact for Finnish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Support clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth introduction to our offerings
- Perform regular follow-ups to gauge client satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience and deliver effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM systems
- Identify upselling opportunities to enhance client engagement with additional services
- Keep updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed client support
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role is preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-first mindset
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools
