Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to Finnish-speaking clients.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to banking services, transactions, and account management.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Educate customers about available banking products and services.
  • Document interactions accurately to ensure the highest level of service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service team.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support or the banking sector is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • An interest in financial services and banking is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with banking software is a plus.
