- Educate customers about available banking products and services.
- Document interactions accurately to ensure the highest level of service quality.

Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in customer support or the banking sector is preferred.
