Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing ongoing support

Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in business analysis, digital solutions, or a related field is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of digital technology concepts and their application in business
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus
