Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality email support to Finnish-speaking clients, ensuring efficient and thorough responses to inquiries.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues based on their requests and feedback.
- Clearly articulate solutions and provide guidance to help customers effectively address their concerns.
- Document customer interactions meticulously and maintain records in the support system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve support quality and tackle ongoing challenges.
- Stay updated on product information and changes to provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong written communication skills for effective engagement with clients via email.
- Prior experience in customer service or email support roles is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems is beneficial.
