Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and document resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.
- Stay current with product knowledge and handle customer queries effectively.
- Adhere to company policies and standards to maintain service excellence.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, though not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with customer support software is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
