As a Finnish Speaking Game Chat Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating chat interactions across various gaming platforms. Your role will be vital in ensuring player communications are friendly and comply with community guidelines, ultimately enhancing the user experience.

Responsibilities
- Monitor chat rooms during gameplay to ensure compliance with community standards
- Engage with players in Finnish, addressing questions and promoting a supportive atmosphere
- Quickly identify and respond to any inappropriate behavior or content
- Provide feedback to management regarding chat dynamics and player interactions
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective moderation strategies
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about gaming trends and best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
- A strong interest in gaming and familiarity with online gaming communities
- Previous experience in moderation or customer service is an advantage, but not required
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with players
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
- Basic technical skills for navigating online platforms
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive mindset and enthusiasm for fostering community involvement
