- Collaborate with the development team to share player insights and suggestions for improvements.
- Stay updated on game content, features, and community standards to deliver accurate support.
- Document player interactions and identify common issues to enhance the overall player experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on community engagement.
- A genuine passion for gaming with an understanding of gaming cultures and trends.
- Prior experience in customer support or community management is a plus.
