- Handle inquiries, reservations, and service requests from Finnish-speaking clients
- Provide detailed information about our services, facilities, and local attractions
- Quickly address and resolve any issues or complaints to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and effective service delivery
- Collect and implement guest feedback to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your expertise
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality service
