Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, and chat for our online marketplace.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and marketplace policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain a positive shopping atmosphere.
- Assist customers in navigating the marketplace and understanding product details.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Stay abreast of marketplace trends, product knowledge, and industry updates to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a marketplace environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with online marketplace platforms is a plus.
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and digital communication tools.
