Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Finnish Speaking Multilingual Support Representative. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer support to our international clients.
In this capacity, you will assist customers primarily in Finnish, alongside other languages as needed, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues to provide a seamless service experience. Your language proficiency and dedication to customer care will be key to fostering strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Finnish and other required languages
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding products and services
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly to maintain detailed records
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall customer service quality
- Stay informed on product offerings and company policies to assist customers efficiently
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and proficiency in at least one other language (English or another European language preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality service
- Familiarity with customer service software and general computer proficiency is a plus
