In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our Finnish-speaking customers, assisting them in navigating our online platform and resolving any queries or issues they may encounter. If you are fluent in Finnish and passionate about customer service, we would love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support through live chat, email, and phone in Finnish.
- Assist users with account inquiries, platform navigation, and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure prompt follow-up on unresolved concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
- Stay knowledgeable about platform features and any updates to provide informed assistance.
- Gather feedback from users to help improve the platform and support services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer support or service roles, particularly in an online setting, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Familiarity with online platforms and technology is advantageous.
- A proactive individual with a genuine interest in helping users enhance their online experience.
