Responsibilities
- Guide Finnish-speaking clients through our product range, providing tailored recommendations and support.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Conduct informative product demonstrations and presentations that effectively showcase our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and assist in closing sales.
- Collect and analyze customer insights to contribute to product improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and market developments.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or product consultancy is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex product information clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A passion for helping clients achieve their goals through effective product solutions.
