Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality remote support to Finnish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and resolve a variety of technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Guide customers in utilizing product features and ensuring they get the most out of our services.
  • Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our support processes.
  • Stay updated on product developments and industry best practices to deliver knowledgeable support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on creating positive customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work setting.
  • Experience with customer support tools or CRM software is beneficial.
