As a Service Desk Analyst in this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients facing technical challenges, assisting them through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. Your ability to communicate effectively and solve problems will be crucial in delivering timely solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding technical support to Finnish-speaking customers through multiple communication platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and assist in the management of support tickets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and address complex inquiries as necessary.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery based on client feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in IT support, customer service, or service desk roles is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote team setting.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and basic networking concepts.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and support tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Valid European Passport or ID required.
