Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking users via social media.
  • Promptly address inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high user satisfaction.
  • Engage with users to foster a positive and active online community.
  • Collect user feedback and insights to inform continuous service improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with different teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about best practices and updates related to social media platforms.
  • Document and manage user interactions for quality assurance and performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or social media support is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
