Your Key Responsibilities:

- Promptly address inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high user satisfaction.
- Engage with users to foster a positive and active online community.
- Collect user feedback and insights to inform continuous service improvements.
- Work collaboratively with different teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about best practices and updates related to social media platforms.
- Document and manage user interactions for quality assurance and performance analysis.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Outstanding communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or social media support is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
