Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to Finnish-speaking customers through diverse communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical problems related to our products and services.
- Provide clear instructions and solutions to customers, enhancing their understanding and experience.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update the support database accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer support or a technical assistance role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software or customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- A passion for technology and a commitment to providing outstanding support is essential.
