As a Finnish Speaking Support Center Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting our Finnish-speaking clients by troubleshooting and resolving various technical issues they may encounter. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to Finnish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to manage and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Stay updated with product features and updates to provide accurate assistance to clients.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance your technical knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and networking basics.
- Proficiency in using various support tools and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
- European Passport or ID may be necessary.
