As a Finnish Speaking Support Center Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting our Finnish-speaking clients by troubleshooting and resolving various technical issues they may encounter. Your strong communication skills and technical knowledge will be vital in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to Finnish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Stay updated with product features and updates to provide accurate assistance to clients.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance your technical knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and networking basics.
  • Proficiency in using various support tools and CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
  • European Passport or ID may be necessary.
